Kegiatan inventarisasi ini merupakan amanat dari Permendagri No 19 Tahun 2016 tentang pengelolaan barang milik daerah. Sebelumnya Capaska Kabupaten Balangan ini telah mengikuti seleksi yang ketat hingga dinyatakan lulus menjadi Capaska.
